L'Oasis –Collection Barbossi– unveils its gourmet bar

A true institution since 1954, L'Oasis inaugurated its Comptoir Gourmand this last 7 July. The intimate address in La Napoule opens its patio of flavours up for dinner and gives its guests an immersion into a gourmet world with the best caviars, a fine selection of products full of iodine and the craftsmanship of its chefs.

IN THE SECRET ATMOSPHERE OF ITS MYTHICAL GARDEN, which mixes Provençal and contemporary inspirations, noble and natural materials, works of art and Mediterranean scents to arouse pleasure for all the senses, the experience will seduce epicureans and those with a fine palate thanks to its chic dishes and the refined creations of its pastry chef Mathieu Marchand. To put the finishing touches to the trip, sommelier and France's 2015 Best Craftsman Pascal Paulze has elaborated a wine list as rich as it is varied and enlightened. Between the great classics, the restricted nectars and even the promising young, the selection at the Oasis' Comptoir Gourmand is proof of Pascal Paulze's passion and promises unforgettable savouring moments.
