New shops at the Polygone Riviera

From ice cream rolls to electric Aston Martins, there are some fun new pop-ups at Polygone Riviera for this summer!

Strolling through Polygone Riviera can make you feel like you've been trasported to Sourthern California. That's no coincidence - some of the same people who designed the famous outdoor shopping centres in SoCal worked on the Polygone Riviera. Strolling through the open-air centre with the warm Riviera sun shining all around, passing the dancing fountains and going for a fresh pressed juice is an absolutely lovely way to spend you time when you have some shopping to do.

With international eateries, ample parking, playgrounds, shops galore and even a river that runs through it, Polygone Riviera, in Cagnes-sur-Mer is a great place for the whole family!

They have several new openings in the works, so it will be fun to go check it out.

New in Apparel

One particular pop-up to check out is by a local student! It was on the benches of the school that Camille Zouari - then a 3rd year Bachelor student at EDHEC Business School in Nice - created her own online store in 2019 for women's ready-to-wear, called Hoya Paris. Her concept: to sell quality clothes at affordable prices for women who want to have pieces that you don't see on everyone else. Not content with the growing success of her brand online, she is now taking on a new challenge by coming to meet the women who wear her clothes. So she's hanging her racks this summer at Polygone Riviera: "It's the perfect place to open a store and take advantage of this beautiful open-air exterior."

The Australian fashion jewelry and accessories chain, Lovisa, just opened its newest store in France. In the 100 m² of this jewellry concept store, located near the FNAC, all the latest jewellry trends are available: earrings, necklaces, clothing, accessories wristwear, rings, tiaras, as well as body jewellry made of surgical steel.

Fuel to keep you going

If you like some food variety, their newest eatery will take your palate to Greece with OIA, located in Place des Arcades near Sephora. In a blue/white decor mixing greenery and industrial industrial decoration, the Greek cafe invites you to discover the Pita Gyros sandwich, a fundamental element of Greek culture and gastronomy. The Gyro is a great Greek classic which will also be offered in a vegetarian version and a pita-free version with a salad base served in a bowl. They also have a selection of plates as appetizers or as side dishes: skewers, Keftedes (zucchini fritters), Tzatziki Pita, Houmous Pita... OPA!

Opening planned for the beginning of July.

When you need a treat, or just to cool off, head to the summer pop-up, Estarolls an ice cream treat all rolled up. For gourmet moments all in freshness, the estafette of the artisanal ice cream maker from Antibes - already present during the summer of 2019 - will once again set-up shop all summer at Polygone Riviera. With seasonal fruit ice cream, island flavors or even a totally indulgent treat, this cool food truck has something for everyone's taste buds, young and old.

Drive away in style - or at least dream to

After Tesla's long run, Aston Martin, the luxurious British brand is moving into the Designer Gallery this summer - near the Printemps department store - to present to the pulic its brand new electric models in July.

The new Aiways U5

A subsidiary of the SAIC Group, founded in 2017, AIWAYS is a young Chinese car brand that has chosen Polygone Riviera to develop its reputation among the French public and foreign tourists. After entering the European market in January, it will present its first 100% electric family SUV, the Aiways U5, from June to September.

Some fun new additions for the summer, not to mention all the lovely stores that are permanent fixtures year-round. And remember, the cinema is now open as well, so one could spend the entire day!
